Week 1, Day 5

So I've been good about exercising all week and following the plan that came with Brazil Buttlift (I feel funny typing that ha). But still don't have my eating under control. For the most part I'm doing okay but not great. But one step at a time, right now just focusing on keeping up with the exercise. I like the exercises so far, I've done Bum Bum, Cardio Axe and Tummy Tuck. I'm still following the beginner girls because the others are too hard. But hopefully in a couple weeks I'll be right up there with them doing burpees and other crazy moves. So that's my update for this week I'll let you know how it goes next week.
