Week 3 Day 6

So I have been working my butt off this week exercising. I thought a couple times I was going to die, sweat dripping off me everywhere. Unfortunately I wasn't able to exercise Friday or today. Hopefully Sunday I can exercise because I need to make up for all the bad food and drinks I've had the past two days. But going into my fourth week and I am defin feeling better. I start working again next week so its going to be a lot harder to get the exercise in but I need to keep up with it. I'll keep you posted on how I do.
