Week 4 Day 4

Wow almost done with month one. I have to admit I have slacked a bit. I didn't exercise on Tuesday or 2 days last week. I have a really hard time exercising for 6 days a week. I can do 5 but that sixth day I'm like ughhhh. I have noticed a difference in my backside, its defin smaller so that's a good thing. I wonder what the next month will bring? hmm. More weight loss I hope. Keep on working out my friends!
